What the Roles Typically Involve
- Directing vehicles, deliveries and site traffic
- Supporting plant movements (dumper, telehandler, excavator etc.)
- Maintaining safe access routes and exclusion zones
- Communicating clearly with drivers and site teams
(Specific duties vary by site and client.)
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Traffic Marshal certification or NPORS/CPCS Banksman / Slinger Signaller card
- Previous experience in site traffic or plant direction
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Reliable, confident communicator
